What inspired you to start Lothyrus, and what is the main mission of your company?
Freddie: After exploring some of the most remote and untouched parts of the globe, I recognized an incredible opportunity to create environments where people could make better choices for themselves and their communities. This inspired me to share my experiences and knowledge with others, helping to steer the planet toward a more sustainable and prosperous future.
What core values or principles guide your work and decision-making?
Freddie: Growing up in a tight-knit mining community in Wales and coming from a Rugby background, my values are deeply rooted in honesty, integrity, and teamwork. These principles guide every decision I make and form the backbone of Adventure Capitalist’s approach to consultancy.

What specific consultancy services do you offer, and in which sectors are you particularly experienced?
Freddie: My experience spans an incredibly diverse range of sectors, from education, sports coaching, and community development to construction, charity work, agriculture, social work, and sustainability. I am passionate about all of these fields, and by the time you read this, I’ve likely added even more to my repertoire.
How do you differentiate your services from other consultancy firms?
Freddie: Our approach is centered entirely on the person or project at hand. We leverage a vast global network of reliable and talented individuals to ensure successful outcomes. We are driven not by profit but by the desire to make a meaningful impact.
Can you describe some of the remote locations you target and why you focus on these areas?
Freddie: We’ve worked in over 20 African nations, throughout Asia, across most of Europe, as well as in Australasia, South America, and North America. These regions often present unique challenges and untapped opportunities, making them ideal for the innovative solutions we offer.
How do you adapt your consultancy services to the unique challenges of remote locations?
Freddie: We conduct comprehensive statistical analyses and work closely with community partners, governments, NGOs, and charities to tailor a one-of-a-kind approach that addresses the specific needs and challenges of each location.
Experience and Background
What is your background and your colleague's background in terms of experience and expertise?
Freddie: I hold an MSc in Sports Coaching, a Postgraduate Diploma in Youth and Community Work, and a PG Cert in Education. I am also a qualified trainer and assessor, which adds a robust educational component to our consultancy services.
Have you worked on any notable projects or with any significant clients that you'd like to highlight?
Freddie: I’ve been involved in rebuilding and implementing sports programs in 15 nations, setting up charitable projects around the world, developing and implementing sustainable energy systems, and renovating and operating resorts. Each project has been an opportunity to make a lasting difference.

Freddie: I tackle problems like a lion—fiercely and with unwavering determination.
